It allows you to choose between printing the bar codeinterpretation as human readable characters (digits and/or letters)below the code or not.If you choose to use human readables, an additional menu thatallows you to select a suitable font will be displayed.q Select the “On” option by pressing < 1 >.Font (0-9) <-><- .. ->Select a suitable font by scrolling through the options by means ofthe keys ← and →. When the desired option is displayed, press< Enter >.q Scroll through the list by pressing → and press < Enter > whenthe option MS030RMN appears.Fixed text 00– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –Here you can enter all – or part of – the input data for the bar code,following the same principles as for a text field (see page 35).If you have selected a bar code that only accepts numeric input (seeInfo box), it will be indicated by the text “Nu” (numeric field) in theupper right corner of the menu. In this case you should enter theinput data without encoding. When the input data is limited to acertain number of characters, that will also be indicated in the menu.If no “Nu” message is displayed, you have selected a bar code thatcan accept alpha-numeric input data.
