The Net Server must be installed with the proper software license(s) forCall Manager to operate correctly.Call Manager will operate in Demo Mode if the appropriate licenses areunavailable. Demo mode lets you use the software for Demonstration purposesonly for a limited period of time.Call Manager Advanced version is included for all VIPedge users and providesenhanced functionality, including full Unified Communications (UC).Call Manager provides the following major functions:• It allows you to place, answer, handle, view, and manage phone calls usingyour computer screen, keyboard, and mouse.• Using the VoIP Audio capabilities can provide a complete speech path whenusing a PC with the proper speech component support.• Rules and actions can be set up to automatically activate when calls arriveeven while you are away.• It works with Windows applications and enables users to make calls, initiateInstant Messaging, and integrate with some third party applications.• It can easily interface with many popular programs (like Microsoft Outlook,Tigerpaw, Goldmine, ACT, etc.).
