You may specify the circumstances underwhich your calls are forwarded. The following Call Forwardingfeatures are available:Call Forwarding – All CallsCall Forwarding – BusyCall Forwarding – Busy / No AnswerCall Forwarding – Follow MeCall Forwarding – No AnswerCall Forwarding – to Outside LineC all Forwarding – All CallsDescription This feature is used when you want all your calls to beautomatically re-directed to another extension.Conditions • Types of calls which are forwarded by this feature are:Outside calls – Direct In Lines (DIL) 1:1; Direct Inward SystemAccess (DISA); Intercept RoutingIntercom calls – Extension; Transfer• There can only be one stage of Call Forwarding, if a call is forwarded toan extension which is also in Call Forwarding. In this case, StationHunting can be activated for the forwarded call.• Although calls are forwarded, Message Waiting is not. The MESSAGEbutton indicator is lit on the originally called extension.• If an extension in Call Forwarding is also in a Hunt group, a calldirected to the extension is forwarded. Station Hunting still applies forcalls directed to other extensions in the Hunt group.• Both the Call Forwarding and Do Not Disturb (DND) functions can beset at the same time, but cannot work at the same time.• Pressing the FWD/DND button while on-hook allows the user to enableor disable the Call Forwarding or DND function.
