Enterthe desired value using the rocker keypad andpress ENTER when finished.System SettingsBeeper lets you turn on or off an audiblebeep when any key is pressed or when anon-screen message appears to alert you toimportant information.Backlight lets you keep the screen backlight-ing on continuously (‘always on’) whenselected, or enable the automatic shutoff topreserve battery life. Automatic shutoff timesfrom 15 seconds to 4 minutes (since last keypress) are available.To set the backlight timeout:1. Highlight the ëBacklightí field and press ENTER.2. To keep backlighting on continuously, select ëAlwaysOní and press ENTER, OR3.
