7The Position Page shows you where you are,what direction you’re heading, and how fastyou’re going—and it’s the page you’ll want touse when you don’t have a destination selected.A graphic compass display at the top of thepage shows your direction of travel (track)while you’re moving, while six user-selectabledata fields below display your current speed,average speed, trip odometer, trip timer, andsunrise/sunset times at your current position.“User-selectable” means you can change them todisplay other information. We’ll cover thesefields more in the reference section.Below the user-selectable data fields areadditional data fields to display your currentposition, along with current time and date. Thecurrent position readout can be in latitude/longitude, UTM/UPS, Maidenhead or one ofseveral regional grids.
