9-6 Special Features Chapter 9Sending a Document Stored in MemoryFollow this procedure to send a document received in memory or stored in the pollingbox (for polling sending):1 Open the one-touch speed dialing panel.2 Press Memory Reference.3 Use ∂ or ¨ to select RESENDDOCUMENT.4 Press Set.5 Use ∂ or ¨ to select the transactionnumber (TX/RX NO.) of thedocument you want to send.• If you are unsure of the transactionnumber (TX/RX NO.), print the DOC.MEMORY LIST (1 p. 9-4).• A “#” before the transaction number(TX/RX NO.) indicates that thatdocument is being sent or printed at thatmoment, and can therefore not beselected.• Use ¬ or ® to display details of thetransaction (e.g. destination).6 Press Set.• If you are sending a document stored inthe polling box (for polling sending),enter the password (when you have seta password), then press Set.7 Enter up to 125 fax numbers you wantto send to using any of the followingmethods:❚ One-touch speed dialing:Press the one-touch speed dialingbutton(s) you want.❚ Coded speed dialing:Press Coded Dial, then use thenumeric buttons to enter the two-digit code you want.
