429Troubleshooting GuideIf you operate the camera’s dials or lens during movie shooting, theoperation noise will also be recorded. Using an external microphone(commercially available) is recommended (p.269).During autoexposure movie shooting, if there is a drastic change in theexposure level, the recording will stop momentarily until the brightnessstabilizes. If this happens, shoot with the <a> shooting mode (p.256).Make sure the HDMI cable or stereo AV cable’s plug is inserted all theway in (p.316, 319).Set the video OUT system (NTSC/PAL) to the same video system asthe TV set (p.319).If the movie file size reaches 4 GB, another movie file will be createdautomatically (p.266).Depending on the card reader and computer OS used, SDXC cardsmay not be correctly recognized. If this occurs, connect your camerato the computer with the interface cable, then transfer the images toyour computer using EOS Utility (provided software, p.457).When the movie is played back, camera operationnoise can be heard.The movie has still moments.No image appears on the TV screen.There are multiple movie files for a single movie shoot.My card reader does not recognize the card.
