u Alarm and Error Displaysn FaultsTable 6.4 gives an overview of possible fault codes. Conditions such as overvoltages can trip faults and alarms. It is importantto distinguish between faults and alarms to determine the proper corrective actions. When the drive detects a fault, the ALM indicator LED lights, the fault code appears on the digital operator, and the faultcontact MA-MB-MC triggers. An alarm is present if the ALM LED blinks and the fault code on the digital operator flashes.Refer to Minor Faults and Alarms on page 293 for a list of alarm codes.Table 6.4 Fault DisplaysDigitalOperatorDisplay Name PagebAT Digital Operator Battery Voltage Low 295boL Braking Transistor Overload Fault 295bUS Option Communication Error 295CE MEMOBUS/Modbus Communication Error 295CPF11 toCPF14<1> <3> Control Circuit Error 296CPF16 toCPF19<1> <3> Control Circuit Error 296CPF02 A/D Conversion Error 296CPF03 Control Board Connection Error 296CPF06<3> EEPROM Memory Data Error 296CPF07,CPF08 Terminal Board Connection Error 296CPF20,CPF21<2> Control Circuit Error 296CPF22 Hybrid IC Error 297CPF23 Control Board Connection Error 297CPF24<3> Drive Unit Signal Fault 297CPF25 Terminal Board Not Connected 297CPF26 toCPF35,CPF40 toCPF43<4>Control Circuit Error 297E5 SI-T3 Watchdog Timer Error 297EF0 Option Card External Fault 297EF1 to EF8 External Fault(input terminal S1 to S8) 297Err EEPROM Write Error 298FAn Internal Fan Fault 297FbH Excessive PID Feedback 299FbL PID Feedback Loss 299GF Ground Fault 299LF Output Phase Loss 299LF2 Current Imbalance 300LF3<4> Power Unit Output Phase Loss 3 300nSE Node Setup Error 300oC Overcurrent 300DigitalOperatorDisplay Name PageoFA00<3> Option Card Connection Error(CN5-A) 301oFA01 Option Card Fault (CN5-A) 301oFA03 tooFA06 Option Card Error(CN5-A) 301oFA10,oFA11 Option Card Error(CN5-A) 301oFA12 tooFA17 Option Card Connection Error(CN5-A) 301oFA30 tooFA43 Comm Option Card Connection Error(CN5-A) 301oFb00<3> Option Card Connection Error(CN5-B) 301oFb01 Option Card Fault (CN5-B) 302oFb02 Option Card Fault (CN5-B) 302oFb03,oFb11 Option Card Error (CN5-B) 302oFb12 tooFb17 Option Card Connection Error(CN5-B) 302oFC00<3> Option Card Connection Error(CN5-C) 302oFC01 Option Card Fault (CN5-C) 302oFC02 Option Card Fault (CN5-C) 302oFC03,oFC11 Option Card Error (CN5-C) 302oFC12 tooFC17 Option Card Connection Error(CN5-C) 302oFC50 tooFC55 Option Card Error (CN5-C) 303oH Heatsink Overheat 303oH1 Heatsink Overheat 303oH3 Motor Overheat Alarm (PTC input) 315oH4 Motor Overheat Fault (PTC input) 303oH5<4> Motor Overheat (NTC Input) 303oL1 Motor Overload 303oL2 Drive Overload 304oL3 Overtorque Detection 1 304oL4 Overtorque Detection 2 305oL7 High Slip Braking oL 305oPr Operator Connection Fault 305ov Overvoltage 305PF Input Phase Loss 306rF Braking Resistor Fault 3066.3 Drive Alarms, Faults, and Errors292 YASKAWA SIEP YAIP1U 01C AC Drive - P1000 Technical Manual
