H7 ASD Operation Manual 51Type ResetProgram ⇒ Utility Parameters ⇒ Type ResetThis feature assists the user when performing fault analysis or byallowing a quick system setup change when required. Performing aType Reset results in one of the following user-selected post-resetconfigurations.Settings:Auto Setup for 50 HzAuto Setup for 60 HzRestore Factory DefaultsClear TripClear Run TimerNew Base Drive BoardSave User ParametersRestore User ParametersReload EOI FlashReset EOI MemoryDirect Access Number — F007Parameter Type — Selection ListFactory Default — NoneChangeable During Run — NoDirection (of motor rotation)No path available (Direct Access Only)While operating using the LED Keypad Option this parameter sets thedirection of motor rotation. This setting may be changed during operation. Thissetting will not override parameter F311 (Forward/Reverse Disable). If either direction is disabled via parameter F311, the disabled direction will notbe recognized if commanded by the LED Keypad. If both directions aredisabled via parameter F311, the direction command from the LED Keypadwill determine the direction of the motor rotation.Note: If using the LCD EOI, press ESC from the Frequency Command screento access this parameter.Direct Access Number — F008Parameter Type — Selection ListFactory Default — ForwardChangeable During Run — YesAccel #1 TimeProgram ⇒ Fundamental Parameters ⇒ Accel/Decel #1 SettingsThis parameter specifies the time in seconds for the drive to go from 0.0 Hz tothe Maximum Frequency for the #1 Acceleration profile. The accel/decelpattern may be set using F502. The minimum accel/decel time may be set usingF508.Note: An acceleration time shorter than the load will allow may cause nuisancetripping and mechanical stress to loads.Automatic Accel/Decel and Stall settings may lengthen the accelerationtime.AccelerationThe acceleration rate of a motor is determined by several factors: appliedpower, applied load, and the physical properties of the motor (windingparameters, motor size, etc.). The ASD will control the first of these factors:input power. The settings of the ASD control the frequency and amplitude ofthe applied voltage to the motor.Under most operating conditions, as the output frequency of the drive goes upso does the output voltage (linear acceleration). The ASD has the ability tomodify the relationship between frequency and voltage automatically toproduce smoother operation or increased (starting) torque.Direct Access Number — F009Parameter Type — NumericalFactory Default — (drive dependent)Changeable During Run — YesMinimum — 0.1Maximum — 6000.0Units — SecondsResetF007 F009www .
