Thesystem displays each parameter one line at a time and prompts you for a value.For each parameter, enter a new value or press the Enter key to accept thecurrent value shown in brackets.Table A-12. Set Config Zoning ParametersParameter DescriptionInteropAutoSave Available only when the InteropMode parameter is True, thisparameter enables (True) or disables (False) the saving ofchanges to active zone set in the switch’s permanent memory.Refer to ”InteropMode” on page A-44. The default is True.Disabling the Autosave parameter can be useful to preventthe propagation of zoning information when experimentingwith different zoning schemes. However, leaving the Autosaveparameter disabled can disrupt device configurations should aswitch have to be reset. For this reason, the Autosaveparameter should be enabled in a production environment.DefaultVisibility Enables (All) or disables (None) communication among theswitch’s ports/devices and the fabric in the absence of anactive zone set. The default is All.
