The timeout values must bethe same for all switches in the fabric.4.7.3Network PropertiesUse the Network Properties dialog shown in Figure 4-10 to change IPconfiguration parameters and enable remote logging. After making changes, clickthe OK button to put the new values into effect. To open the Network Propertiesdialog, select a switch in the topology display or open the faceplate display, openthe Switch menu and select Network Properties.Figure 4-10. Network Properties DialogNote: Mismatched timeout values will disrupt the fabric. These should not bechanged unless absolutely necessary. Therefore, the switch must beoffline to change these values. Use the Switch Properties dialog to takethe switch offline.Table 4-5.
