POS. SetupFINE TUNE27In areas of poor reception or constant interference a slight adjustment to the tuning may improve thepicture quality. The television should be turned ON and the TV/AV switch set to TV.Using the Remote Control1. Push the MAIN MENU button.2. Move to the PRESET Menu using the Upor Down button.3 Use the Left or Right buttons to choosethe PRESET Menu.4. Move to the POS Setup menu using theUp or Down button.5. Choose the POS Setup menu using theLeft or Right buttons.6. Use the Up or Down button to choose theFINE TUNE option.7. Use the Left or Right buttons to start thefine tuning.8. The fine tuning symbol will appear to theleft of the Programme Location Numberindicator.9. Keep pushing the MAIN MENU buttonuntil you return to normal viewing.Using the Front Panel Controls1. Open the front door.2. Press the PRE. button repeatedly untilPOS.SETUP is highlighted.3. Use the Volume Up (+) or Down (-)buttons to choose the POS.SETUPMenu.4. Use the PRE. button to choose the FINETUNE option.5. Use the Volume Up ( + ) or Down ( - )buttons to start the FINE Tuning.6. Push the PRE. button repeatedly untilyou return to normal viewing.Canceling the FINE TUNEFollow the Manual Tune procedure on page 23 to cancel the Fine Tuning.SKIPThis option allows you to “SKIP” (bypass) the unused or undesired Programme Numbers. The Function is onlyapplicable when the Programme Number Up or down buttons are pressed.
