This supports many languages as there are 12 keyson a touchtone phone and you can record up to 100 Custom Service menus. Onetwelfth of these menus can be recorded in one language if you desire. Another twelfthcan be recorded in another language, and so on. Thus callers can be guided entirelyin their native languages. For a multi-cultural country, Custom Service is a trulypowerful feature.
