38Management of Officer SetupSetting MethodUse one of the following methods toenter officer data.AUTO : Automatically reads andloads officer data for up totwo persons from a USBmemory device.MANUAL : Display the menu on theLCD panel, and then readin and configure officerdata from a USB memorydevice on the Officer setuptop screen .LIST : Display the menu on theLCD panel and allow youto set the officer data byselecting from the liston the Officer setup topscreen after reading inthe officer data alreadystored on the MemoryCard Video Recorder.Operation Key LockThis function locks buttons otherthan the [REC], [MENU], [CONTROLPANEL ON/OFF] and [RETURN]buttons, the [REC] button on theMemory Card Video Recorder,and the [REC] button on the ColorCamera.Setting : ON/OFFNotes:• When a USB memory devicecontaining administrator data isconnected, you can press the[MENU] button to enter the Setup/Admin top screen via the menuitems.
