Playback28S PECIAL P LAYBACK MODESTo operate the special playback modesuse the buttons on the wireless controller.There is no sound during the specialplayback modes. To return to normalplayback from the special playbackmodes, press . Fast Playback: During normal playbackpress / . Keep the button pressedto rewind/fast forward the tape whilecontinuing the playback. Reverse Playback: During normalplayback press . Frame Reverse/Advance: During playbackpause press / . Keep pressedfor continuous frame-by-frame playback. Slow Playback: During normal or reverseplayback press . Double Speed Playback: During normal orreverse playback press .NOTES You can display the date and time of therecording and other camcorder data registeredwhen the recording was made ( 51). During some special playback modes, youmay notice some video problems (blocky videoartifacts, banding, etc.) in the playback picture. During playback, you may notice some videoproblems at the point where the standard of therecording (HDV/DV) changes. During the playback of HDV recordings: Eventhough their icons will appear on screen, thefollowing special playback modes are notavailable.- Reverse slow playback- Frame reverse- Double speed playback (forward or reverse) To protect the tape and video heads, thecamcorder will enter the stop mode ( ) if left inplayback pause ( ) mode for 4 minutes 30seconds.
