35Read all instructions before installing or using this appliance.Installation InstructionsSave these instructions for future reference.Checking the partsCheck that the range has the following parts.4 grates Broiler pan and trivetLeveling tool HandyrackMeat tin 6 oven racksSplashback & Plinth Conversion kit fromNatural gas to LP gasRear spacerLeveling the RangePlace the range in its intended position takingcare not to twist it within the gap between thekitchen units as damage may occur to the rangeor the units. Install the oven shelves in the oven.Check for levelness by placing a spirit level or acup, partially filled with water, on one of the ovengrids. If using a spirit level, take two readings-with the level placed diagonally first in onedirection and then the other.The rollers can be adjusted to level the range. Toadjust the height of the rear of the range use theleveling tool supplied to turn the adjusting nutsat the front bottom corners of the range.Adjust the height of the front roller to level therange. Turn clockwise to raise the range andcounter clockwise to lower.When you are satisfied with the height and levelraise the front of the range by one turn of thefront roller adjuster. Screw down the front feetto meet the floor. Screw the front roller adjustercounter clockwise to raise the front roller sothat the front of the range is supported on thefeet, not the front roller, to prevent accidentalmovement of the range.Leave the leveling tool in the storage drawer,so that the customer can use it if they wishto move the range.Anti-Tip DeviceWARNINGRange must be secured by Anti-Tip bracketsupplied. See instructions to install (suppliedwith bracket). Unless properly installed, therange could be tipped by leaning on the door.Injury might result from spilled hot liquids or fromthe range itself.Installing the Anti-Tip DeviceThe Anti-Tip bracket is supplied with instructionsfor installation in a variety of locations. Theinstructions include all necessary informationto complete the installation. Read the SafetyInstructions and the instructions that fit yoursituation before beginning installation.
