The maximum cookingtime is 11 hours 59 minutes.The ‘stop time’, which is the time of day youwant the oven to stop cooking. This must be lessthan 12 hours from the current time.You cannot set a start time directly - this is setautomatically by setting the cooking period andstop time.Turn the Setting knob tothe ( ) position.Use the Adjusting knobto set the ‘cooking time’you need.
