Access to NVM is password protected.• Monitor and verify operation of all input sensors for IOT and options.• Monitor and verify operation of all Output devices for IOT and options (motors, clutches,etc.)Table 1 summarizes the operation of the Control Panel Keys for entering IOT diagnostics.The IOT diagnostic menu has the following selections:• Test Print• NVM Config• Component TestTable 2 summarizes the operation of the Control Panel keys in IOT diagnostic main menu.Table 1 Entering IOT DiagnosticsKey Combination - Key Number ActionItem Up + Item Down 2 + 6 While turning on power press and hold untilmessage "*IOT*" is displayed on the LCD (ittakes approximately 30 seconds).During this time the following occurs:• Switch printer power on• Squares (light)• Boot Code Version• IOT displayedEnter 4 After *IOT* is displayed the ENTER key mustbe pressed within 5 sec. to enter Diagnostics.If the ENTER key is not pressed within 5 sec.,printer will continue its normal power upsequence.Table 2 IOT Diagnostic Mode Key TableKey Combination - Key Number ActionMenu Up / Menu Down 1 or 5 Scroll through the IOT diagnostic menu: PrintMenu, NVM Menu, Component Menu.On-line 0(Press and hold for 1 second)Stops routing in process and clears error mes-sages from Control Panel.
