6.10.2Replacing program textYou can find and replace text in one step.PreconditionThe desired program is opened in the editor.Procedure1.Press the "Search" softkey.A new vertical softkey bar appears.2.Press the "Find and replace" softkey.The "Find and Replace" window appears.3.In the "Text" field, enter the term you are looking for and in the "Replacewith" field, enter the text you would like to insert automatically during thesearch.4.Position the cursor in the "Direction" field and choose the search direction(forward, backward) with the 5.Press the "OK" softkey to start the search.If the text you are searching for is found, the corresponding line is high‐lighted.6.Press the "Replace" softkey to replace the text.- OR -Press the "Replace all" softkey to replace all text in the file that corre‐sponds to the search term.- OR -Press the "Continue search" softkey if the text located during the searchshould not be replaced.- OR -Press the "Cancel" softkey when you want to cancel the search.NoteReplacing texts●Read-only lines (;*RO*)If hits are found, the texts are not replaced.●Contour lines (;*GP*)If hits are found, the texts are replaced as long as the lines are not read-only.●Hidden lines (;*HD*)If hidden lines are displayed in the editor and hits are found, the texts are replaced as longas the lines are not read-only.
