(Note: PRS is not available in the UK.)A Meter Pulse Trunk will detect a C.O.-provided meter pulse. A Polarity Reversal trunk will detectthe line reversal signal which may be provided by the C.O. when the other party answers the out-going call or the outside party clears the call. If the trunk is designated as PRS detection, the callduration timer will be started and the results printed on the SMDR record.
