Ask your SystemAdministrator.• Check if the jacks of the VPSare connected to the properjacks of the PBX (see 1.4DIGITAL INTEGRATION).• Check the System Program[130] of the KX-TA624 to see ifthe programming agrees withthe actual connection.• Check the "1-4 VPS (DPT)Port Assignment" screen ofthe KX-TD500, or SystemProgram [117] of other KX-Tseries telephone systems, orthe "3.Groups-7.VM(DPT)Group-2.Unit Setting" and"1.Configuration-8.ExtensionPort" screens of KX-TDA/TAWseries telephone systems thatuse DPT Integration to see ifthe programming agrees withthe actual connection.Unable to utilize some ofthe DPT Integrationfeatures, even though DPTIntegration has beenestablished properly.• Your PBX cannot support thefeature.• The software version of yourPBX is lower than required.• Call National Parts Center at1-800-833-9626.The VPS does not operate. • Bad printed circuit board.• Bad connection with PBX.• Incomplete card insertion.• Change the printed circuitboard.• Check the connectionbetween the VPS and PBX.• Insert the card firmly into thecard slot.Dialing is not registered. • A pulse phone is being usedby mistake.• Improper setting ofintegration mode.• Change to a touch tonephone.• Adjust the integration modeproperly between the VPS andyour PBX (see "IntegrationMode" in Table B-42 in B7.3PBX Interface Parameters).
