Features AAccount Code EntryDescription An Account Code is used to identify incoming and outgoingoutside calls for accounting and billing purposes. The account codeis appended to the Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR) callrecord. For incoming outside calls, account codes are optional. Foroutgoing outside calls, there are three modes available to enter anaccount code: Verified-All Calls mode; Verified Toll RestrictionOverride mode; and Option mode. One mode is selected for eachextension on a Class of Service basis.In Verified-All Calls mode, the user must always enter a pre-assigned account code when making any of the following callsunless it has previously been stored in memory.l Call Forwarding - to Outside Linel Last Number Rediall Line Accessl One-Touch Dialingl Pickup Dialingl Saved Number Rediall Station Speed Dialingl System Speed DialingIn Verified-Toll Restriction Override mode, the user can enter a pre-assigned account code only when the user needs to override tollrestriction.In Option mode, the user can enter any account code if needed.Conditions l An account code can be stored into Memory Dialing (System / StationSpeed Dialing; One-Touch Dialing; Pickup Dialing; Call Forwarding -to Outside Line).. The Account button may be used in place of the feature number. Aflexible button on the proprietary telephone set can be programmed asthe Account button.l Account code entry after CPC detection must be done within 15seconds. Otherwise, SMDR call record is activated and entry becomesimpossible afterwards.l If disconnection signal is selected in program [990], field (3), theVerified-All Calls extension is allowed to make an outside call using thesame line with Flash function.l In any mode, emergency dial numbers stored in program [334]“Emergency Dial Number Set” can be dialed out without an accountcode entry.Features 3-3
