The user can hear theconversation but will not be heard. If desired, the monitoring user can interrupt the call to establish a three-partyconference call.Conditions• Class of Service (COS) programming determines extension users who can use this feature.• This feature is available only when the busy extension is in a conversation with another extension or outsideparty.• This feature will not function when the busy extension:a. Has set Executive Busy Override Deny (® 5.1.3 Executive Busy Override) or Data Line Security (®4.1.1 Data Line Security).b. Is receiving an Off-hook Call Announcement (OHCA) (® 12.1.3 OHCA (Off-hook CallAnnouncement)) or Whisper OHCA (® 20.1.4 Whisper OHCA).c.
