It startsautomatically when you leave the camcorder turned on without loading a cassetteand without inserting a memory card for more than 5 minutes. You can also start thedemonstration mode through the menu.With no cassette and memory card inserted, open the menu and select[DISPLAY SET UP]. Select [DEMO MODE], set it to [OFF] and close themenu.To cancel the demo mode, press any button, turn off the camcorder, load a cassette orinsert a memory card.Changing the Display LanguageThe language used in the camcorder displays and menu items can be changed toChinese.To change to Chinese, open the menu and select [DISPLAY SET UP].
