Is AC power pre-sent?Turn of the printer unit powerswitch1; in about 2 min, turn it on. Isthe operation normal?Turn off the printer unit power switch(Note 1), and disconnect the con-nector J204 from the DC controllerPCB. Connect the printer unit powerplug to the power outlet directly, andturn on the printer unit power switch.Is DC power (+5 V) present at theconnector J204-1? (See Note 1.)2 DC power is absent in the printer unit. (+5V, +24 VB)Note:The printer unit power switch (SW1) is blocked by a face cover after turning on theprinter unit at time of installing the reader unit.
