Storing the Drum Cartridge and the Toner CartridgesRegardless of whether they have been opened or not, the cartridges (Y, M, and Ctoner cartridges, black toner cartridge, and drum cartridge) remain subject to the influ-ences of the environment, and their characteristics change over time. (This is also trueregardless of how many copies/prints they have processed.)The speed of change, however, is dependent on the conditions of the site and main-tenance and, therefore, it is important to take full care when storing or handling them. (Besure to instruct the user to be careful when storing and handling the toner cartridges.)1.
