Is DC power present in theprinter unit?Are the connectors J641 throughJ643 and J6476 of the main relayPCB, connectors J671 and J673 onthe sub relay PCB, connector J102of the power supply, and connectorJ227 on the DC controller PCB con-nected securely?Is there electrical continuity betweenthe connectors J641-1 (+24 VB) andJ642-3 (PMP) on the main relayPCB when the right cover switch(SW641) is turned on?Is there electrical continuity betweenthe connectors J671-1 (PMP) andJ671-2 (PFUFR) on the sub relayPCB when the delivery cover/frontcover switch (SW761) is turned on?Disconnect the printer unit powerplug from the reader unit, and con-nect it to the power outlet directly.Turn on the printer unit power switch(Note 1), and measure the voltagebetween the connectors J641 (+24VB) on the main relay PCB andJ641-4 (GND). Is it 24 V?Disconnect the printer unit powerplug from the reader unit, and con-nect it to the power outlet directly.Turn on the printer unit power switch(Note 1), and measure the voltagebetween the connectors J647-B11(+24 UH) on the main relay PCBand J647-A1(GND). Is it 24 V?3 +24 UH is absent.Note:The printer unit power switch (SW1) is blocked by a face cover after turning on theprinter unit at time of installing the reader unit.
