Very significantshocks that occur during transport and installation can cause the relay to gointo the other switching state. As a consequence, it cannot be guaranteed thatthe system will start.To resolve the fault:1. Connect terminal 9 and terminal 663 (pulse enable)2. Switch–on SIMODRIVE 611D3. Allow the spindle to rotate at an average speed for at least 2 seconds4. Switch–off SIMODRIVE 611D; the relay is reset when the internal 24 Vsupply is switched off5. Remove the jumper between terminal 9 and terminal 663The maximum length of the power cable between the power module and Volta-ge Protection Module is 1.5 m. It is not permissible that this module includesany switching elements.The power cable between the Voltage Protection Module and the motor mustnot exceed a length of 50 m.The maximum length of the signal cable is 10 m.Cable lengths8 Important Circuit Information02.12 |
