-32-● Preset Identification Setting (PRESETID)Assigns a name to preset IDs (identification of up to 16alphanumeric characters) and can be switched on oroff on the monitor screen.1. Move the cursor to PRESET ID on the preset settingmenu and select ON or OFF by moving the joystickto the right or left.The factory default setting is OFF.2. Press the CAM (SET) key to display the preset IDsetting menu.To Enter a New Preset ID(1) Move the cursor to the desired character usingthe joystick, and press the CAM (SET) key.(2) The selected character appears in the editingarea. (The pointer in the editing area moves tothe right automatically at this moment.) Toenter a blank, select SPACE.(3) Repeat the above procedure until all charac-ters are entered.To Copy a Preset ID from Another Position(1) Move the cursor to COPY and press the CAM(SET) key. First the preset ID in the precedingposition is shown. Each consecutive pressingof the CAM (SET) key displays the ID preced-ing the one currently displayed.(2) Display the desired ID.(3) Follow the step "To Change an Entered PresetID" if necessaryTo Set a Display Position for a Preset ID(1) Move the cursor to POSI and press the CAM(SET) key.
