However, if a physical drive or the controller fails duringmigration, the logical drives will go offline and you will lose data. See ―IncompleteArray‖ on page 387.Because the setting for migration under NVRAM requires special access, mostusers will not encounter this condition.Physical Drive Fails during TransportTransport is the action of moving the physical drives of a disk array:• To different slots in the same ASUS Storage enclosure• From one ASUS Storage enclosure to anotherIf a physical drive fails during a transport, or you do not move all of the physicaldrives to their new locations, ASUS Storage Management will display anincomplete array.
