8228-0724/026.8 Carbonator Troubleshooting Continued6.9 Electronics TroubleshootingThe electronic boards on the Bevariety™ dispenser have only a few connections and are theyare relatively easy to service; however, you have little room to work with at the top of thebeverage dispenser so it is best to remove the board from its standoff brackets if anyconnections need to be made. Note: Handle the boards with care as they damage easily.Issue Possible Cause ResolutionDrinks taste flat - too littlecarbonation.Low or no CO2 pressure.Procon pump worn, notatomizing water. Waterpressure too high.Set CO2 pressure to 75 psigor replenish supply.Replace pump and/or motor.Check pressure at pumpplatform regulator outlet,replace regulator if over 50psig.Pump runs and times outafter 30 cycles.Probe is malfunctioning. Unplug probe. Pump motorshould run. If it does, replaceprobe. If it doesn’t run,replace liquid level control.Issue Possible Cause ResolutionNo syrup or water on eitherMVU.No power to MVU board.Malfunctioning MVU board.Check for lights on the MVUand/or MVU board.
