Todetermine the correct folder, check the Feature Set version operating on the test setthat you want to add the WAV file to by selecting its System tab, choosing Misc, andpointing to About this product. The Feature Set version is located near the top ofthe dialog box.3. After the WAV file has been added to the appropriate Compat folder, open theRemote Client application.4. From the System tab, select User Preference.5. Select Alarm Beeper Status.6. Select On or Maintenance. The Alarm Beep Definition dialog box appears.7. Select an alarm type to display the Select All Alarms Sound dialog box. The newWAV files appear in the dialog box. Only the first 16 sounds will appear in theselection window. The sound files that appear use the WAV file's name.8. Select the new WAV file and choose Apply.Sending Email AlertsBefore using the email alert feature, check with your Network Administrator to verify thatyour email account is set up to accept and forward SMTP mail.Important: After the Email Alerts settings are completed, email notifications will onlybe sent if the GUI is actively viewing either the All Tests Status window or theprotocol processor tab for which the Mail Notify setting has been configured. Emailalert messages will not be generated if these conditions are not met.To set up email alerts:1.
