Detailed description2.2 Enabling/disabling of protectionSpecial functions: Axis pair collusion protection (TE9)8 Function Manual, 11/2006, 6FC5397-2BP10-2BA0Protection windowThe protection window is recorded in the machine data:MD61519 $MN_CC_PROTECT_WINDOW[n]2.2 Enabling/disabling of protectionEnabling/disablingThe protection is active:• as soon as a valid axis pair is defined in the machine data:MD61516 $MN_PROTECT_PAIRS[n]• both axes are referred.If the two axes are already inside the protection window at the turn-on time, then theoperator must move the axes freely. The software does not prevent any colliding movementin this condition!The function is deactivated by deleting the axis pair definition in MD61516Status displayAs mentioned in the beginning, this compile cycle would handle this "global resource" verysparingly.
