Youfurther acknowledge that the structure,organization, and code of the Softwareare valuable trade secrets of Garminand that the Software in source codeform remains a valuable trade secret ofGarmin. You agree not to decompile,disassemble, modify, reverse assemble,reverse engineer, or reduce to humanreadable form the Software or any partthereof or create any derivative worksbased on the Software.
