5-37Printing a Document5Using the Various Printing Functions[Quality] SheetThe [Quality] sheet allows you to specify the following printing preferences:Setting/Button Contents[Paper Selection] Specify the paper feed method.[Paper Source]Specify the paper source or paper type according to the settingsselected in [Paper Selection].- [Auto]Automatically selects the paper source according to the size ortype of paper.- [Manual Feed Slot]/[Cassette 1]/[Cassette 2] (Displayed onlywhen the optional paper feeder is installed)Feeds paper from the selected paper source. The followingtypes of paper can be loaded in each paper source.- Plain paper (60 - 90 g/m2 )- Heavy paper (91 - 163 g/m2 )- Envelope- Label- TransparencyWhen printing heavy paper, transparencies, or labels from thepaper cassette, select [Cassette 1] or [Cassette 2]. When [Auto]is selected, paper cannot be fed from the paper cassette.[Paper Type] You can specify the type of paper. (See p. 3-3)[Print on the Other Side]It is not recommended to print the other side of paper previouslyprinted by this printer. However, if you have to print on both sidesof paper, select the [Print on the Other Side] check box whenprinting the other side of the previously printed paper.
