CALREC Putting Sound in the Picture 75CREATING A CLEAN STARTING POINTTo ensure you are starting froma clean setup, before beginningconfiguration it is a good idea tocreate a new show.Shows contain default settings for theconsole, including monitor patching,GPI patching and port labelling. Showscan contain multiple user memorieswhich save normal I/O patching, faderassignment and path parameter settings.To create a new show, go to the Mempage and select New Show. Choose theCalrec Default as the starting template,enter the details as prompted and clickNext to load the new, clean show onto theconsole.The same Mem page allows changesto the show to be saved, as well asother shows to be loaded, and for usermemories within shows to be loaded andsaved.Note that from V8.0 it is possible tocreate shows at 96kHz please refer to theArtemis Operator Manual V8.0 or later fordetails on 96kHz operation.MAIN APPLICATION - MEM SCREEN
