Pull the head restraintup to raise it. Try to move the headrestraint to make sure that it islocked in place.To lower the head restraint, pressthe button located on the side of thehead restraint, push the headrestraint down, and release thebutton. Pull and push on the headrestraint after the button is releasedto make sure that it is locked inplace.The head restraints can be adjustedforward or rearward.
