After cleaning the room, the house-keeper dials the HOTEL feature access code, followed by his/her staff ID codeand the proper activity code (see table below). This will update the room status (ifthe room was checked out the status will be updated to AVAILABLE, if the roomstill has a guest checked into it, the status will be updated to OCCUPIED). Mainte-nance personnel would utilize this feature in a similar manner. This will overridethe original setting.NOTE: Only an administrator display keyset can cancel a wake up call.WAKE UP ACTIVITY REPORTAn administrator display keyset can request a printout of all wake up information,since the room was checked in. The information included in this printout is: wake upcalls set, answered wake up calls, unanswered wake up calls, and cancelled wake upcalls (this information is also included in the room bill).
