Theninsert and tighten the two screwsand washers. (See Figure 3-39.)6. Position the Temperature Sensorwires so they clear the opening on thebottom of the Magnet Half. (SeeFigure 3-40.) Install the Magnet Half infront of the Ratio Coil, so screw holesalign. Insert the two screws andtighten them.7. Carefully remove the tape from theContact Board (see Step 13, page3-11) and re-position the ContactBoard on the Load Cell frame. Beextremely careful not to stress orbreak the fine wires attached to theContact Board.8. Glue the Contact Board to theframe, as in Figure 3-41. Figure 3-41. Contact Board.9. Attach the Position Sensor Board to the Load Cell frame, using three screws. (SeeFigure 3-35.) The left side screw goes in the outside hole. It has no washer. Thetwo right-side screws both have washers. Install screws finger-tight, so the boardcan be moved for adjustment, in Step 17 below.10. Solder the 3-wire Ribbon Cable to the Contact Board. (See Figure 3-41.)11. Solder the two small wires to the solder points on the bottomof the Position Sensor Board, and the two on the top. The twoon the bottom must be re-soldered in the same positions aspictured in Figure 3-42: white on left, red on right. The twowires on the top connect to the Temperature Sensor.
