27Locate and ReviewW a y p o i n tDelete All WaypointsDelete Waypoints bySymbolWaypoint List PageThe waypoint list page provides a complete list of allwaypoints stored in the GPS 12CX. The waypoints areconveniently located on alphabetical tabs that allow quickaccess to any of the 1000 available waypoints. From thewaypoint list page, you can retrieve a waypoint defini-tion page, delete all user-defined waypoints, delete way-points by symbol, or review and perform a GOTO to aselected waypoint.To locate and review a waypoint:Note: If the highlight is not on an alphabetical tab,press theROCKER to the left.1. Select the tab that corresponds with the first letter ofthe waypoint.2. Using the ROCKER move the highlight to the waypoint list.3. Scroll through the list until the desired waypoint ishighlighted.4. Press ENTER to review the waypoint definition page.To delete all user-defined waypoints:1. Highlight ‘OPT’ tab and pressENTER.2. Highlight ‘DELETE ALL’ and pressENTER.3. Highlight the ‘YES’ prompt and pressENTER.To delete waypoints by symbol:1. Highlight ‘OPT’ tab and pressENTER.2. Select ‘DELETE BY SYMBOL’ and pressENTER.3. Select the symbol corresponding to the waypointsyou wish to delete. PressENTER.4.
