Remove the grid from thepan. Carefully pour out the grease fromthe pan into a proper container.Wash and rinse the broiler pan and grid in hotwater with a soap-filled or plastic scouring pad.If food has burned on, sprinkle the gridwith detergent while hot and cover withwet paper towels or a dishcloth.
