Point it at thecamcorder’s remote sensor while youpress the buttons.There are some functions that cannot beoperated without the wirelesscontroller:• Special playback ( 30)• Photo/date search ( 85)• Zero set memory ( 86)• Audio mix ( 101)• Dubbing from a digital videoequipment ( 88)• Analog line-in ( 91)• AV insert ( 95)• Audio dubbing ( 98)Insert two AA batteries, following the= and - markings.
