Solvethe problem referring to the error messagelist ( 78) and to the printer's instructionmanual.• Canon's PictBridge-compatible printers: Ifprinting does not resume automaticallyafter you solved the problem, select[CONTINUE] and press to resumeprinting. If that option is not available,select [STOP] and press and thenrestart printing from the beginning.• Other printers or if the error still persists witha Canon printer: If printing does notresume automatically, disconnect theUSB cable and turn off the camcorder.After a short while, turn on thecamcorder and restore the USBconnection.IMPORTANT• You may not be able to print correctlywith a PictBridge-compatible printer stillimages whose file names have beenchanged or that were recorded, created,edited or changed with any device otherthan this camcorder.• Observe the following precautions whileprinting:- Do not turn off the camcorder or theprinter.- Do not change the position of the/ switch.- Do not disconnect the USB cable.- Do not open the memory card slotcover and do not remove the memorycard.• If [BUSY] does not disappear, disconnectthe USB cable and restore theconnection after a short while.Print OrdersYou can mark in advance the still imagesyou want to print and set the desirednumber of copies as a print order. Later,you can easily print out the print ordersin one of the following ways:- Insert the memory card into the memorycard slot of a DPOF-compatible printer.Refer to printer’s instruction manual forthe correct procedure.- Connect the camcorderdirectly to a PictBridge-compatibleprinter ( 58).You can set print orders for up to 998still images.Selecting Still Images for Printing(Print Order)Set the print orders beforeconnecting the supplied USB cable tothe camcorder.[ PRINT ORDER]: The image selection screenappears.1 Select ( ) the still image youwant to mark with a print order.2 Press to set the print order.The number of copies appears inorange.TO CANCEL THE PRINTINGWHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED PRINTINGP RINT ERRORS( 21)F ROM THE IMAGE SELECTION SCREENFUNC.
