Service SettingsWorkCentre™ 5735/5740/5745/5755/5765/5775/5790Administration and Accounting265Reduce/Enlarge PresetsSelect the Reduce/Enlarge Presets option to access the following settings:• Reduce/Enlarge Presets on page 265• Copy Presets on page 265• ID Card Copy Presets on page 265Reduce/Enlarge PresetsUse to set the 6 reduction or enlargement ratios that are displayed when you select More on theReduce/Enlarge panel of the Copy screen.• Normal these ratios produce a proportional reduction or enlargement of the image. To changeone of the preset ratios, select the appropriate preset window and use the numeric keypad to typein the required value.• Custom enables the user to reduce or enlarge the image disproportionately, that is with adifferent ratio for the X and Y axis. To change a setting, select the required axis window, X or Y anduse the numeric keypad to type in the required value.Copy PresetsWhen the Copy Presets window opens, 2 lists each containing the 6 Reduce/Enlarge presets aredisplayed. The current Reduce/Enlarge presets that are displayed on the basic copying screen arehighlighted. If you want different preset ratios displayed, select your preferred ratio in each list.ID Card Copy PresetsWhen the ID Card Copy Presets window opens the 4 Reduce/Enlarge presets are displayed. The currentReduce/Enlarge presets that are displayed on the ID Card Copy screen are highlighted. If you wantdifferent preset ratios displayed, select your preferred ratio in each list.
