Normally, theSystem Administrator will have established a template for use by each user.ChangingPreprogrammedTemplateSelectionsAfter a template is selected, most of the pre-programmed settings like sidesscanned, image quality and resolution, can be temporarily changed. Theoutput destination assigned to the template cannot be changed at themachine, but an alternate destination can be added.RepositoriesRepositories are directories or filing locations set up on a server where yourscanned files are held. Before you can use Network Scanning your SystemAdministrator must set up the repositories available to your machine. Therepositories are defined in the template and cannot be changed at themachine. Up to 5 repositories (1 default, 1 dedicated to the server fax and 3additional) can be defined.Output ColorUse this option to scan Mono, Grayscale or Full Color originals.Option DescriptionFull Color Use this option to scan a color original.
