This option enables you to specify theinterval between unsuccessful attempts (in minutes) and the number of timesthe machine will redial.Audio Line Monitor When the machine is transmitting a fax the dialing, handshake and digital datacreate audible beeps and buzzing sounds on the phone line. Normally thiscannot be heard. However, the Audio Line Monitor allows a user to listen tothe call progress and hear the number dialed and the beginning of thehandshake. This is often known as "listen to dial".If you want to hear the fax audio monitor, select the On button.Select Save to confirm the setting. The dialing and handshake tones will nowbe audible every time a fax is sent.Prefix Dial The Prefix Dial allows you to enter a frequently used dial code that can beused for all outgoing faxes. This code usually includes country dial codes orextensions inside the workplace. Use a maximum of 5 digits.Toll Save The Toll Save feature allows you to set a low rate period to send stored faxesto take advantage of cheaper, off-peak rates.Select On to enable this feature. Set the Send Start date and time (in mm/dd/yy hrs/mins AM/PM format) and then set the End date and time (in mm/dd/yyhrs/mins AM/PM format).Select Off to disable this feature.Batch Send The Batch Send feature allows the user to send several fax jobs to the samedestination fax machine during one transmission. This reduces the connectiontime and provides an economy rate for call connection charges.
