For example, when a user calls voicemail to retrieve messages, softkeyoptions such as FAST FORWARD, REVIEW, PLAY, SAVE, DELETE are displayed to thekeyset users. This offers a new level of flexibility to centralized voicemail. Stations inbranch offices that do not have an SVMI() card installed can share most of thevoicemail functions of the main office.
