Because there is apossibility that unauthorized calls will be made via this feature, several safeguards have been added.The end user must be informed of these to prevent unnecessary service calls. DISA can lock outwhen a predetermined number of invalid consecutive calls are attempted. Callers will then receiveerror tone until the programmable timer has expired. The [ key may be used to initiate new dial tonewhile in a station to station call. The # key may be used to terminate the DISA call and disconnectthe central office line.
