Rotate the mode selector knob fromOFF to the Broil position, and thenturn the temperature selector knobfrom OFF to HI, MED, or LO to set thebroiling temperature.3. Let the oven pre-heat for 5 minutes,and then place the pan with the food onthe desired rack. Close the oven door.4. When one side of the food is browned,turn it over and start cooking the otherside.5.
