Foryour range to utilize LP gas, the installer must replace the 5 surface burnerorifices and 2 oven orifices with the provided LP orifice set, and reversethe GPR adapter. These adjustments must be made by a qualified servicetechnician in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all codesand requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. The qualified agencyperforming this work assumes the gas conversion responsibility.• Installation of this range must conform with local codes or, in the absence oflocal codes, with the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA.54, latestedition. In Canada, installation must conform with the current Natural GasInstallation Code, CAN/CGA-B149.1, or the current Propane Installation Code,CAN/CGA-B149.2, and with local codes where applicable. This range has beendesign-certified by ETL according to ANSI Z21.1, latest edition, and CanadianGas Association according to CAN/CGA-1.1, latest edition.Location safetyWARNINGTo reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, personal injuries, and/or death, observethe following precautions.• This range is for indoor, household useonly.Do not install the range in areasexposed to the weather and/or water.• Do not install the range in a placewhich is exposed to a strong draft.• Electrical service to the range must conform to local codes. All other serviceshould be referred to a qualified technician.• Always use new flexible connectors when installing a gas appliance. Do notuse old flexible connectors.• Make sure the anti-tip device is properly installed on the range. See theinstallation instructions for more information.• Due to the size and weight of the range, have two or more people move therange.• Remove all tape and packaging materials.• Remove all accessories from the cooktop, oven, and/or lower drawer. Gratesare heavy. Use caution when handling them.• Make sure no parts came loose during shipping.
